The products are available exclusively in download format, that is as an installation downloadable from our site.

The purchases carried out by internet sites, as all the remote purchases by phone or mail, since they occur out of commercial rooms, are protected by the law D.Lgs n.185 of 22nd may 1999, which usually provides for the customer the possibility of asserting money back due (*).

In our case the possibility of asserting money back due is not provided, because the purchase is not carried out by mailing a good to a customer, but by an e-mail containing the installation code, which permits to use the product directly downloaded from our site.
The sending of the code is equivalent to the opening of a sealed informatic software support, and so excludes the money back due.
Therefore we invite you to download the trial version of the program that you intend to buy. In this way, you will be able to buy without surprises.
Trial versions, indeed, have the same features than full versions, with the only limitation that they can be used for a time limited, but longer than 10 days contemplated by law.

(*) This right allows you to return for any reason the goods purchased, integral, to the furnisher within 10 days since you received them, and you will be full refunded.
